Not having anyone in my bedroom in the morning, I did the next best thing. I really like this idea because it allows you to focus on the breathing and the dose rather than a list of symptoms that I'm anticipating. Someone recommended having a friend put on a random dose so I wouldn't know what it was. The next day I tried to do another thing suggested. What a difference! I first did my usual anesthesia because it has given me the best results and I had numbing around most of my body but not my head and torso yet. At the advice of forum members I decided to switch from nighttime dosing to morning dosing. I've been dosing on and off for maybe a year now. So I've been on these forums recently and I hadn't seen much results from dosing.
